GWIJ is a texting app that allows you to communicate with anyone in the world no matter what language they speak, read and write. You can text in 108 languages right now.

You can send an invite to any of your contacts so they can get the Gwij app and you can use your same local number.

GWIJ let’s you text in your primary native language and then simultaneously get a translation in a secondary language of your choice.

We even designed a special double bubble to hold both languages!

This is great if you’re trying to learn that secondary language.

You can text with emojis, send to groups, send media (pictures and videos) and even change your secondary language on the fly.

Over 50 (?)of the available GWIJ languages allow for a text to speech function so you can hear what the secondary language sounds like.
